Big Help Out

Volunteering is Changing!

2005’s Year of the Volunteer, London 2012 and the Covid pandemic all encouraged more people and younger people to offer their skills voluntarily.

The Big Help Out is a campaign to showcase how volunteering benefits both communities and the people who take part. The long-term aim is to get more people volunteering who traditionally don’t consider it.

Charlbury needs you!

Come along to the Memorial Hall on Monday 8th May to find out how you can help one of our amazing local groups. Find an organisation who needs your skills and ignites your interest.

If you are a voluntary group who would like to book a stall, please contact Lisa, the Town Clerk.

Check back here for more details on both events as they are confirmed.
