The Town Council meets twice each month and sponsors a room for the Conservation Advisory Committee. All meetings are open to the public. Members of the public wishing to address the Council may do so by arrangement with the Clerk.

Walkers are Welcome Walk

Conserving and enhancing the environment – Green & Blue
Walkers are Welcome Charlbury invite you to join a guided walk on  Sunday 11th June starting at 11am  (note amended time)
The walk will start from from Spendlove car park outside the Co-op
Walk leaders Tony Merry and Peter Kenrick
This pleasant short walk will go by the river Evenlode and through a local nature reserve.  On this walk you will learn about the work being done to conserve and enhance the natural environment in both of these places.  Ways in which the general public can get involved will be discussed and there will be examples given and the opportunity to ask questions.
Following the walk there will be a chance  for those that wish to have refreshments at a local cafe.  The walk is expected to take around two hours or three hours including refreshments.   Children are welcome to join the walk.
