Vacancy in Office of Town Councillor

The residents’ parking consultation has now closed. Oxfordshire County Council officially approved the residents’ parking scheme for Charlbury at its Cabinet meeting on 12th December. The scheme, which follows a recent public consultation, will include Market Street and Fishers Lane. The Town Council had previously submitted a response requesting that residents’ views were taken into account, whilst ensuring local business needs were carefully considered. The scheme will be implemented with a commitment to a six-month review to assess its effectiveness and make any necessary adjustments.
