Meet our stallholders:
Elliott Farm (the Sandy Hill Mob)
Come and meet one of our new businesses attending the market this year, Elliot Farm. they will be at the first one on 1st June and then the first Saturday of the month.
We are a small family farm, tenants of the National Trust on the Sherborne and Lodge Park estate in Gloucestershire. We are farming using nature friendly, natural, agro-ecological techniques which includes moving our animals regularly (mob-grazing). This helps us to increase biodiversity and improve soil health and the health of our livestock. As well as selling free range eggs which live in a mobile-hen house and move around our herbal leys, we produce and sell 100% grass-fed (Pasture For Life certified) beef and biltong and also honey from bees kept on our wildflower meadows. Visit WWW.SANDYHILLMOB.CO.UK to find out more!

Styan Family Produce
Styan Family Produce is an Evesham based market gardening business, we grow a wide variety of food crops on a small scale to supply our Farmers’ Market stalls. Our business started with plums and that is the only crop that we grow in sufficient quantities to consistently supply the wholesale market. We grow in excess of 20 varieties of plums and damsons and are always happy to explain the virtues of them all as we love people to understand that Victorias are not the only good plums!
The business is truly a family business now run by Roger and Liz, who started it in 1988, and James who is moving us forward all the time, but many other close family members help out and we are proud to regard our employees as part of the family too. We now farm about 35Ha of orchards and fields with 4 polytunnels and a greenhouse. Working through the seasons our main crops are asparagus in the spring, then the plums and stick beans moving onto apples and potatoes before a good dose of cabbage, purple sprouting broccoli and leeks to keep the stall full through the winter. We grow small quantities of many other things to keep the stalls as interesting as we can.

Nutmeg & Thyme Plant Based Food are an entirely gluten free and vegan shop/cafe and catering business based in Burford.
Emily Weir returned from vegan kitchens in London during lockdown and quickly started delivering seasonal menu items around Oxfordshire which led to buying a catering trailer, still used daily to cook up all our goods for the shop and any markets and events we do!
We revolve all our dishes and menus around as much seasonal, local and homegrown produce as possible, alongside our Burford shop which is stocked full of talented local producers and makers, refill stations and freshly prepared dishes, salads, bakes and more.
Having pitched at Charlbury Community Centre for a few years with the trailer, it’s brilliant to be back trading with lots of brilliant local producers at Charlbury Market!
Evenlode Honey
Evenlode Honey are small-scale honey producers, based in Charlbury in the Cotswolds. We currently have about 50 hives and our bees forage nectar and pollen from local woodlands and hedgerows, meadows and fields. The resulting honey is thick and full-flavoured, sweet and tangy. It’s delicious raw on toast, in porridge, or to add depth and sweetness in baking and cooking.
Ben Cottam founded Evenlode Honey in 2023 following a move out of London to Charlbury and seeking an escape from the world of desks and screens, and a business based in the great outdoors. Fascinated by the natural world and with a passion for cooking and great ingredients, beekeeping became the natural path. For now we just sell raw honey, but in time we hope to expand the business, using not just honey, but the many other wonderful products that bees produce – watch this space!

Earth Ale is an artisanal microbrewery specialising in foraged and natural ingredients, based at Bothy Vineyard. With roots in Michelin kitchens around the world, they’re passionate about quality ingredients and bringing people together with good food and beer.
They use ancient and modern fermentation techniques and focus on seasonal, limited batches, so they can give every brew the handcrafted care and attention it deserves. They’ve got beers like an elderflower champagne saison, where they create a natural champagne from the foraged elderflower, blend it with a spelt beer, pitch with champagne yeast and age for 12 months. They also have more classic styles like a Meadow Pilsner, American Amber and more.
