NEW: 250 WALKS BY RAIL AROUND THE COAST OF BRITAIN
————————-
• Did you know there are 250 stations around the coast of Britain?

• Railwalks.co.uk has just mapped the British coastline for the first time, showing where you can walk between railway stations. The map pages are organised by region on:

—————–
with local information from our supporters and links to downloadable gpx files.

• There are 150 station-to-station coastal walks of less than ten miles, and 200 of less than 20 miles. They may be walkable in a day. Most of the rest of the coast can be walked in longer stretches, offering opportunities for car-free walking holidays.

• Please share this post with anyone you know who likes walking!
